Beginner-Friendly Classes at Soul Yoga

Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
Move slowly, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and learn foundational poses in a supportive environment.
🌞 Beginner's Yoga
Thursdays at 5:30 PM
Designed specifically for beginners, this class breaks down common yoga poses, teaches proper alignment, and helps you build confidence.
🌊 Slow Flow
Saturdays at 8:30 AM
A slower-paced flow that connects movement with breath while giving you plenty of time to learn each pose.
✨ Yin Yoga
Sundays at 10:00 AM
Relax deeply with longer-held, seated and reclining stretches that improve mobility while calming the nervous system.
