REIKI

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word "Reiki" is derived from the Japanese words "rei" meaning universal or spiritual, and "ki" meaning life force energy. It is often described as a form of hands-on energy healing, where the practitioner acts as a channel for the universal life force energy to flow through them and into the recipient.

Promotes Harmony Reiki is an extremely effective noninvasive energy transfer in wellness. Through the energy transfer, the body restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit, creating harmony and promoting a positive lifestyle.

Relaxes & Releases Tension From The Body Reiki allows us to “be.” It is a couple of minutes of pure relaxation when the receiver can clear their heads and release the tension and stress of their day. The energy transfer through Reiki may make people feel peaceful, relaxed, and lighter.

Regulates & Balances Energy for the Mind, Body, & Spirit Regular Reiki treatments help regulate energy flow throughout the body. This allows people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, and physical healing/ less physical pain.

Supports Immune System Reiki technique reminds our bodies to return to the “repair” or “self-healing” state of rest and digestion. By activating the lymphatic system, our bodies cleanse themselves of useless energies. It also allows the body to protect itself from exhaustion, burnout, or immune system failure.

Improves Focus & Concentration Reiki reminds receivers to be in the present moment. The positive energy transfer allows the mind to focus on current events, not hold onto past mistakes, and not fret about anxieties about the future. This will help accept how life is unfolding and will help promote positive reactions to situations, people, and circumstances.

Aids in Restful Sleep: You can always expect to feel extremely relaxed after a Reiki session. This kind of relaxation helps our bodies sleep better, heal better, and think more clearly. It is not uncommon for people to fall asleep entirely during a Reiki Session.

Helps Emotional Cleansing Reiki addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—not just the physical being. This means that the positive energy transfer through Reiki is extremely helpful in elevating the receiver’s mood and general attitude towards life. The healing that starts from within will reflect on their decisions and perspectives on the outside.

Accelerates The Body’s Self-Healing Ability Reiki balances your internal body levels to return to a near-natural state. Your breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, circulation, and other bodily systems will improve. This normal balance will allow your body to heal itself from within.

45 MINUTE PRIVATE REIKI SESSION

A Reiki session is a healing experience in which a practitioner uses their hands to channel healing energy into the recipient's body. Reiki is based on the belief that all living things have a life force energy that flows through them and that this energy can become blocked or disrupted, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.

During a Reiki session, the recipient typically lies down or sits comfortably while the practitioner places their hands on or near different body parts. The practitioner then channels healing energy into the recipient's body through a series of hand positions, often starting at the head and working down to the feet. The practitioner may also focus on specific areas of the body that need extra attention or that the recipient has identified as problematic.

The recipient may feel warmth, tingling, or relaxation as the energy flows through their body. Some people also report feeling emotional releases or insights as they connect with their inner selves during the session. The overall goal of the session is to help restore balance to the recipient's energy field, which can promote physical healing, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.

After the session, the recipient may feel more relaxed, centered, and energized. It is often recommended that they drink plenty of water and take time to rest and integrate the healing experience. Reiki is a noninvasive, gentle healing modality that can be used alone or in combination with other healing practices.
