Whether you want to deepen your personal practice, explore yoga philosophy, or become a yoga teacher, SoulPath offers a supportive space to learn, grow, and discover what's possible.

What Makes SoulPath Foundations Different?

This is more than learning yoga poses. It's an opportunity to explore the practice from the inside out.

You'll learn about:

  • Yoga philosophy and history

  • Functional anatomy and alignment

  • Breathwork and mindful movement

  • Cueing and class sequencing

  • Personal growth and self-discovery

  • Teaching skills, mentorship, and community

You can pursue the Master Practitioner path to deepen your personal practice or follow the Yoga Teacher track to prepare for teaching.

A Schedule Designed for Real Life

SoulPath Foundations meets two weekends per month, giving you time to learn, practice, and integrate what you're discovering between sessions.

  • When: Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM–4 PM

  • Where: Soul Yoga, downtown Salisbury, Maryland

  • Early-bird tuition: $2,888
