Teach. Transform. Thrive.

Two Paths. One Journey.

Our 200-hour program offers two learning tracks that share the same curriculum, schedule, and transformational experience—while allowing you to decide how you’d like to engage with the material. Whether you feel called to teach or want to deepen your personal practice, you’ll move through the training side-by-side with your cohort and receive full support every step of the way.

Already certified yoga teachers are invited to choose individual modules from our 200-hour program to deepen their practice, explore new techniques, or expand their teaching skills. These selected modules can count toward Yoga Alliance continuing education units (CEUs), offering experienced teachers a meaningful way to grow, connect with the community, and refresh their teaching journey.
