Unity Park Yoga

Join us every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. for a 60-minute outdoor yoga session at Unity Park, the beautiful new park across from the library and parking garage from May - November!

Embrace the fresh air and morning sun as we flow together in nature. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we'll move our practice inside to Soul Yoga. Bring your mat and energy for a rejuvenating start to your Sunday!
