Hello, Kayna!
Kayna got her 200 hour at Soul Yoga Studio with Eva Whipple in 2021. She currently works as a nursing professor at Salisbury University. She began practicing in grad school. Both of her sisters encouraged her to do so because they knew it would be good for her stress level. Boy were they right! She continues to practice yoga because it keeps her grounded and humble. It’s also improved her appreciation for her body and it makes her an overall better human. She loves all of the teachers at Soul, honestly, and enjoys each of their classes. She fell in love with the studio because she always felt included by the teachers. Jen’s classes always pushes her physically which she appreciates (usually lol). When practicing at home, she’s always joined by one of her cats or children climbing on the mat!
