Hello, Logan!
Logan first began practicing yoga regularly during the summer of 2020. After the start of a chaotic year, she felt she needed a practice that’d allow her to find peace, de-stress, and offer opportunities for introspection. Although she had practiced occasionally years before, it was never something she gravitated towards so passionately until 2020.
After a committed practice for a year’s time, she signed up to earn her 200hr yoga teacher training with Eva Whipple. Throughout her training, she gained a better appreciation for Yoga as a discipline that surpassed a physical practice. Having learned of the 8 limbs of yoga, Logan allows them to inspire all facets of her life. Since earning her certification, she’s found her niche in gentle practices. She feels they offer more space for introspection and contemplation.
Outside of teaching, Logan loves to attend classes in the studio with Kayna, Lauren, and Roxie. Their practices always have unique elements that give the chance to learn something new. They also are great at encouraging students to honor the needs of their own bodies! If not at the studio, you may catch Logan making coffees as a local barista or spending sunny days outside!
